Maritime Safety Company II has qualification for designing marine works, navigation channels, aids to navigation buoyage & fixed marks as well as other relevant works such as channel dredging, designing and planning waterborne traffic regulation & controlling ensuring the navigation safety during the construction of a number of river-crossing works, for example, Can tho Bridge, Immerged Tunnel of Thu Thiem, Phu My Bridge.
 
SURVEY
     Maritime Hydro-survey Enterprise No.221, a specializing unit directly under Maritime Safety Company II has full capacity and experience of hydrographical survey and other survey services.
 
QUALIFICATION
     Topo-hydrographic surveying, mapping the chart of navigation areas and channels, establishing network survey control m producing digital photogrammetric mapping, surveying with DGPS, Echo sounder, positioning the aids to navigation system serving the issuance of the Notices to mariners in the provincial areas stretching from Binh Dinh to Ca Mau and all islands and archipelagoes in the southern territorial waters of Viet Nam.
     Executing survey operation to scan and clear stumbling-blocks and wrecks in the territorial waters and mapping coastal charts of Viet Nam.
     The products of the Maritime Hydro-survey Enterprise No. 221 has obtained the customers’ confidence owing good quality, accuracy and satisfaction of customers’ requirements. By 2003, The Enterprise has applied and operated the management of quality in compliance with ISO 9001-2000.

     Maritime Safety Company II manages a network of ports as the logistical area to mobilize man power, facilities and means to operate the duty ensuring navigation safety. These ports are built in the propitious locations suitable to to-and-fro waterborne traffic craft. In the time being, MSC II has the three principal ports: Qui Nhon Port, Rach Ba Port ( Vung Tau City), Can Tho Port.
